I Can Explore Art - I Can Explore Art Looking for a fun way to explore art materials with your child? Want to learn about what developmental milestones/early academic skills to target along the way? Come join us for art, play, learning and more! This is a parent/child class, so caregivers stay for the fun and learn strategies and techniques that can be carried over at home. You will be given a handout at the end of each class with suggested activities, and an explanation of how those activities tie in with your child’s current level of development.Our class is created and taught by the founder of I Can Do This LLC, a speech-language pathologist with over 15 years working with young children. Week 1: Getting Started – slip knot, chain stitch, single crochet
Week 2: Building Skills – half-double crochet, turning chains, simple pattern reading
