PROGRAMS/ EVENTS
A cancellation fee of $20 per transaction will apply to all changed or cancelled recreation programs.
No refunds will be issued within one week of the scheduled event or after the event has begun. Exceptions may be granted for medical reasons with the submission of a valid doctor’s note.
RENTALS/ RESERVATIONS
No refunds will be issued. Account credit will be provided for rescheduling only in the event of inclement weather.
