Lions Fest Vendor Information
Lions Fest is a celebration to close out the summer season while supporting improvements to Warrington’s favorite park, Lions Pride Park. This event features a vibrant community market open to individuals selling household goods, as well as small businesses, corporate vendors, and food trucks.
1. Set-Up and Arrival
- Vendor entrance opens at 8:00 AM for set-up.
- The entrance will close promptly at 9:30 AM. No vehicles will be permitted after this time.
- Vendors must be checked in and present in their assigned space by 8:30 AM.
- Vendors arriving after the entrance has closed risk being denied participation. No refunds will be issued.
- Set-up is first-come, first-served.
2. Vendor Spaces & Payment
- Each vendor space consists of two (2) parking spots.
- Spaces are not secured until payment is made in full.
- All payments must be completed through Warrington Township’s MyRec website.
- No vehicles are permitted in the vendor area after 9:30 AM.
