Warrington Day is one of our community’s biggest events!

This FREE family-friendly event features:
50–70 vendors from small local shops to larger businesses
2,000–3,000 guests expected (based on shuttle counts, weather permitting)
Live performances from local martial arts schools, music schools, a Rick Deezie magic show, and K-9 demonstrations
Food trucks, games, rides, bounce houses, and a petting zoo

Vendor Responsibilities:
All potential vendors must complete the vendor application below. Once approved, you will receive an email. You can then register as a vendor by returning to this page.
Sponsors who plan on being vendors do not need to fill out a vendor application form.
Profit and Non-Profit vendors
will be provided with a 10’ x 10’ tent with a name sign displayed above the booth, along with one table and two chairs. Additional tables and chairs may be purchased if needed.
Touch a Truck
1 table and 2 chairs will be provided. Touch-a-Truck vendors will not be provided with a tent, but may bring their own 10x10 tent. Any tent larger than 10x10 must be requested in advance for approval, or it will not be permitted for use during the event.
Truck dimensions must match the information submitted prior to the event (for layout purposes). Any truck that arrives with different dimensions on the day of the event may be denied entry or asked to leave. With NO refund
All Vendors must remain within the boundaries of their assigned space at all times and keep their area clean and organized. All vendors are expected to stay for the entire duration of the event and actively provide goods, services, or information to the community throughout the day.

Band Shell Sponsorship: $1250

Throughout the event, there will be five live performances, giving your business high visibility as hundreds of families attend and see your support for local karate demonstrations, music and dance groups, and a professional magician's performance, Rick Deezie.

Rec and Rides Corner Sponsorship: $3000
- Be the company in the spotlight in our Rec & Rides area, a brand-new attraction at Warrington Community Day featuring some of the event’s biggest interactive activities. Your logo will be prominently displayed in this high-traffic zone filled with large games and rides, including hoppy horses, a rock wall, a trackless train, and turbo tubs. With families continuously visiting this exciting new area throughout the day, your business will gain strong visibility while supporting fun, active experiences for the community.
