Tone and sculpt your body with no impact to your joints. Water aerobics workout is a swimming blend of cardio and resistance training and may incorporate resistance tools such as buoyant water weights and noodles. It is challenging enough to help you reach new levels of fitness. Classes are suitable for every age and fitness level, from beginning exercisers through elite athletes. Bring your own equipment, wear water shoes, and bring a water bottle.
