Adult Zumba class.
A total dance workout, combining all elements of fitness - cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, plus boosted energy.  A great way to have fun and get a good workout.  For all fitness levels.

Class Descriptions
  • Zumba®- - A total dance workout combining all elements of fitness - cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, plus boosted energy. A great way to have fun and get a good workout. For all fitness levels.
  • Zumba® Gold - A slower, easier version of a traditional Zumba® class, specifically designed for participants age 55 and older. Combine the fun moves of Zumba® with light hand weights for muscle toning. A great way to have fun and get a good workout. For all fitness levels.
  • Zumba Gold Toning- A slower, easier version of a traditional Zumba® class, specifically designed for participants age 55 and older. Combine the fun moves of Zumba® with light hand weights for muscle toning. A great way to have fun and get a good workout. For all fitness levels.
  • Zumba® Toning- Combines high energy, international music with fun and easy to do moves and conbinations that let you dance your worries (and lots of calories!) away. The addition of light handweights means you are sculpting muscle too! Ditch the workout and join the Zumba® party!
